Felix Morling

Felix is a legal counsel and founder of Morling Consulting, taking interim, part-time and project engagements as well as targeted assignments as Legal Counsel, Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer. He assists Swedish and international companies with business-oriented legal and compliance matters across data protection (GDPR), anti-money laundering (AML/CTF), financial regulation, and contract and commercial law.

Felix works at the interface between business and compliance, where expectations are high and time is short. Assignments typically include governance and compliance structures, risk assessments and the development of framework materials, management of privacy and regulatory risks, as well as commercial contracts and negotiations. Felix is communicative, creative and analytical, and is driven to deliver clear, measurable outcomes by listening to the organisation and delivering against the client’s objectives.
